ONLINE survey

Online Survey for Antarctic Tourism Operators

David Abreu dos Santos, collaborator under PLAnT and PhD candidate in Climate Change and Sustainable Development Policies at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon, has launched a second survey, this time targeting tourism operators and organisations involved in Antarctic expeditions.

His doctoral research explores how tourism in Antarctica can be managed more sustainably and how marine spatial planning (MSP) can help balance tourism with the protection of one of the world's most unique and fragile environments.

If you are a tourism operator or organisation active in Antarctic expeditions, or if you work for one, we would kindly invite you to take a short 10-15-minute anonymous survey. Also, if you know colleagues or organisations operating Antarctic expeditions, please feel free to share the survey with them.

Your professional experience and insights are invaluable and will contribute directly to David’s doctoral research. For further questions, you may contact David by email ([email protected]).
